**Job Summary:** 
Johari Rotana is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and committed Security Professionals to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting and safeguarding hotel guests, employees, their belongings, and all hotel assets.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Ensure and guard the safety of guests and employees by conducting surveillance rounds and p
atrolling all hotel areas.- Respond promptly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner.- Detect and address safety-threatening situations and irregularities such as unwanted visitors, mutilation, or aggressive behavior.- Obtain and investigate loss reports, follow up, and determine the appropriate course of action.- Monitor designated areas using closed-circuit television (CCTV).- Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are free from blockage and that fire and safety equipment is in its designated place.- Perform all tasks consistently in line with hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
